​Dr. Brett Earnest is a board-certified Primary Care Physician who has been caring for families in the New Braunfels community since 2012. He earned his medical degree from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and completed his residency at The University of Colorado with training in women’s health and obstetrics. Dr. Earnest went on to receive his Family Medicine Obstetrics Fellowship through UT Southwestern in Austin. Dr. Earnest aims to deliver effective, efficient, and personalized care that acknowledges each patient as an individual. He enjoys caring for the whole family, from newborns to senior care.

Dr. Esther Robbins completed her residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and was a faculty
physician with the Department of Family and Community Medicine for three years. While in Lubbock, she
practiced full-spectrum family medicine while training residents and medical students. Her goal is to
empower her patients to take control of their own health while providing comprehensive family care,
including pediatric, adult, gynecologic, and geriatric care. Dr. Robbins and her family enjoy being active members of Seguin.​

Dr. Frank Wright was born and raised in Laredo where he began his career as a family physician caring for patients of all ages. He is very familiar with Central Texas as well, having obtained his undergraduate degree at Texas State University and completed medical training at University of  Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. His desire to integrate into a collegiate, well connected medical community and to rededicate himself to long term primary care relationships with his patients has led Dr. Wright to find his professional home in Seguin. Dr. Wright specializes in comprehensive family care including adult, gynecologic and geriatric care, as well as occupational medicine. In addition to the wealth of medical expertise Dr. Wright also speaks Spanish fluently.

Dr. Lance Montgomery completed his medical training at the University of North Texas Health Science Center Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by residencies at acclaimed clinical and training healthcare facility John Peter Smith in Forth Worth, Texas. Originally from Gonzales, Dr. Montgomery and his wife look forward to coming back to the Seguin area to establish roots and serve the community.

Carolyn Noyes, DNP, FNP-C, is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Massachusetts after working as a registered nurse for almost 8 years. Carolyn has worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings including cardiology, corrections, forensics, and pediatrics. She grew up in the Northeast and has also lived in Central America (Nicaragua) where she became fluent in Spanish. In her spare time she loves to scuba dive, hike, and play with her fluffy dog.

Haley Smith, RN, FNP-C, has more than 10 years of experience in family medicine. She received her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas at Tyler and enjoys caring for patients of all ages, from newborns, to geriatrics, and everything in between. Haley’s’ mission is to facilitate wellness and optimal living for all, including the health of the community she serves. She is eager to offer her expertise in caring for you and your family.

Abby Steck, MSN, FNP-C, is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner for GRMG Primary Care Associates. Abby received her Bachelor of Nursing and Masters of Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. Her clinical background includes over 7 years of nursing experience in emergency medicine and the intensive care unit (ICU). Abby is dedicated to providing primary care with her knowledge and skills gained through experience in emergency and intensive care settings. Her goal is to deliver compassionate care by committing to the community of Seguin and surrounding areas through preventative care and health education.
